We proudly differentiate ourselves in our ultra-modern, unique meat cleaning process using Japanese Kangen Water® that’s being introduced for the first time in India!
Our process makes your fish and meat 99.9% chemical and bacteria free! It’s as pure and fresh as it can get!
Below are the 3 steps we take to ensure your food is healthy and chemical-free
- We soak our fish and meat in 2.5 PH Kangen Water® for 5-10 minutes. This water sanitizes the bacteria and odour from your meat. We soak it before or after we have chopped it to ensure up to 99.9% bacteria free meat
- The fish and meat is soaked and cleaned with 11.5PH Kangen Water® for another 15-20 minutes. Strong Alkaline Kangen Water® is a great emulsifier for removing off the blood and impurities and tenderising the meat
- We then rinse our fish and meat with 9.5PH Kangen Water® before packaging and delivery
Kangen Water® draws out the flavor of ingredients so they get tender and juicy. Therefore, food doesn’t need as much seasoning, and excess salt can be avoided.
Please note : No form of chemicals are used in the above process. It’s all natural!
