Delivery, Return & Cancellation Policy
- Minimum order amount for normal delivery is Rs. 300/-
- A delivery charge of Rs. 25/- shall be applicable for an orders below Rs. 300/-
- Outside Powai delivery charge will be Rs.150/- There is no delivery charge for order above Rs.1000/-
Q. Will you deliver an order outside your selected delivery areas?
A. Fish n Meat Basket do not accept orders outside our delivery area on the website or mobile app. However, if you are residing outside the mentioned delivery areas on mobile app and website, please feel free to call us or Whats App on 74003-20001 and Fish n Meat Basket will try their best to fulfill your requirement.
Q. What are the phone timings for order placement?
A. Fish n Meat Basket accept orders 24 hours over the website/ mobile app subject to delivery slots and from 10:00am to 08:00pm all seven days of the week over the phone.
Q. What do I do if an item is not in saleable condition? (Damaged or expired)?
A. Fish n Meat Basket have a no question asked return/refund policy in case the goods are ‘damaged’ or ‘expired’ at the time of receipt at delivery address. Please note that, the meaning of ‘damaged’ is limited to foul smell, bruised or discoloration for Fresh Chilled products and to foul smell, bruised, thawed or discoloration for Fresh Frozen Products. Fish n Meat Basket insist that you check all the items at the time of receipt. We shall not be responsible to refund or return for goods once accepted at the delivery address. Q. How do I return products purchased on www.fishnmeatbasket.com?
A. Goods that are found to be damaged or expired on arrival can be returned. Please inform our delivery person and call customer care and we will resolve the matter at the earliest.
Q. How can I cancel my entire order?
A. Please contact Fish n Meat Basket customer support in case you wish to cancel the order.
On receipt of the cancellation request, Fish n Meat Basket shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. Fish n Meat Basket will not be able to cancel orders that have already been shipped out by us or if the cancellation request is placed after the timeline mentioned above.
Q. How can I cancel items in my order?
A. Similar rules will apply to cancelling one item in the order or the entire order.
Q. Do you offer refunds?
A. Please note that orders once packed cannot be cancelled or refunded irrespective of the mode of payment. Please review your order carefully before submission. However, if your order has arrived damaged or defective, you can raise your concerns by reaching out to us at the time of delivery on 74003-20001. We will refund the purchased amount within 10 working days from the same payment mode.
